My favorite thing is watching people figure things out and get to places they never thought they'd reach. I’m able to see potential and possibility in others, often before they can. It inspires me to keep working on my own stuff. 

I'm a life coach, a mother, a friend, a co-owner of a marketing firm, a hiker, a cook, a reader and many more things.  I also have many "formers," like public radio journalist, substitute teacher, Executive Director of a non-profit.

What I've realized with age is that despite having had a seemingly wide range of occupations, everything I have done has centered around listening, digesting, witnessing and communicating.  I've worked as a life coach since 2008 and have had the pleasure of working with all types of people, in all types of situations: a woman ready to make a career change while contemplating starting a family, a recent college graduate trying to be true to himself while searching for his first job, an independent business owner deciding whether to walk away from their business and start fresh somewhere else. Every situation is unique and personal. That’s what makes it so interesting!
